Mindie’s approach to therapy is humanistic which affords her clients a safe place to explore their inner most feelings. She will promote growth with newfound skillsets, confidence, and resilience. Mindie is experienced treating adolescents, families, and couples.

She is trained in a variety of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma focused CBT(TF-CBT), as well as Gottman approaches including being a certified leader in Lessons in Love. She is experienced in treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief. She is a two-time self-help and leadership published author, and mental health news contributor. Mindie is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with an MA in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and received her BA from Hofstra University
