Jordyn Kossow, M.S., LAC

Jordyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at the University at Albany.
Jordyn’s approach is oriented in psychodynamic and client-centered therapy, focusing on how past experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Collaboration is central to her approach; she honors your voice, pace, and comfort. Through your narrative, she works with you to begin untangling patterns, making sense of what feels overwhelming, and guides you toward meaningful growth and healing.
Jordyn is experienced with relational and attachment-related concerns, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, ASD, and mood-related disorders. She also has experience supporting couples and individuals in monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
Together, you will work toward developing insight, emotional clarity, and fostering a sense of
self. LAC# 37AC00955700
