Adam

Adam is the owner of Core Counseling.  His main focus is to help one understand the root of the problem and work towards healing.  The focus of his model as a counselor is to provide a safe and warm environment.  He feels it is not just about changing behaviors, it is about providing you with approaches so you can feel better on a more permanent level.  Adam has advanced training in Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR (Level I & II), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and meditation. He has the most experience in treating Acute and Chronic Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Depression, Addictions, and Behavioral and Social issues.

Adam has been working in the psychology field for over 10 years in residential and outpatient counseling settings.  He works with a wide range of client’s including adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families.

Adam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Chester University.  He obtained a Master of Arts degree in Counseling as well as an Educational Specialist degree from Rider University. NJ License #: 37PC00485700. NPI #: 1194155119
