Verify your benefits
Before scheduling, call the member-services number on your insurance card and ask about outpatient behavioral-health benefits, your deductible, copay or coinsurance, authorization requirements, and whether the specific counselor is in network.
Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for charges not covered by your plan. If we are out of network, your plan may still reimburse part of the cost.
