Charity provides a non-judgmental and safe environment for clients to feel supported.  She values working with each client collaboratively to establish treatment goals. She believes in empowering the individual to make the most effective choice and be able to live the life they want for themselves. Charity specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Trauma and PTSD, borderline personality, and substance abuse disorders. She specializes in working with populations who ages range from adolescences through adults.

Charity has five years of experience working in partial care and an Intensive outpatient program that utilizes a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach. One of the many facets of DBT is it encompasses core mindfulness which has been known to help reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms by detaching from unwanted thoughts and focusing more on the present experience. Her knowledge in DBT offers as an advantage to those who want to address issues with impulsivity, mood swings, relationship issues and/or distorted thinking.
